Wednesday was a good 50 minute TM run. If I run inside I get a good long set of stretches done.
Today will be another TM run.

I ran 3 miles in the wind today. I hate wind. Not sure what I’ll do tomorrow. It was a sucky run because I was underfueled. I need to add more protein into my diet. I’m not a fan of nuts or meat.

you can always get protein powder and add to smooties. They make a lot of good formulas now even vegan.

What about tofu and beans?  Beans and rice makes for an easy supper.

All of the suggestions are excellent for protein. It's really hard to run in wind. Great work on the 3 miles! :hug:

I have been trying to be outside more, so for the past couple of months I have been either walking or going to run outside each day. Helps mentally as well. Usually about 5-6 miles. But it feels boring to write that same thing each day, so I haven't been on dailies :blush:

I run about 5 miles every other day during the week on just a handful of boring routes that I run over and over, yet I still post. :laugh:

Excellent work on the 5-6 miles! Outside has so many benefits. It's so good to see people about, animals, plants, the world is at work. :cool:

It was cold and windy this morning. :happy:  I had an okay run, then I spent the better part of the day working in the back yard.  More moving dirt and tilling, then I got the edging in.  There's still more work to be done, but it's still going to be a while before it's time to plant anything.
