I was suppose to evaluate a child this morning, but last night I got a text that he is sick. Work starts later on Mondays for now. I'm sure that will change. I ran a shorter distance this morning because I don't want to get an injury. Tomorrow will be a rest day. I was moving so slow before I started using the Garmin, and can't believe how much better it feels to step up the pace. I'm still not near where I use to be, but I have more hope now. I think I'll stick to 4 days a week for now. I was tempted to sign up for the mileage game, but decided I don't need to jinx myself.
Sneaking into running is a good idea. It works for me.
Friday I did 60 minutes running on the TM, then 15 minutes of fast walking. DC and I did 4 hours of volunteer work in the afternoon.
Saturday was 50 minutes running on the TM.
Sunday was 45 minutes of running at home.
Today I’ll do the TM downstairs.
Gradually I am determined to get up earlier. In spring I like to be up early. By February we will see a little more light. I reset my 2 alarm clocks. That's a start, isn't it?
Happy runs, All!
