Yesterday I did 45 minutes running on the TM, then 15 minutes of fast walking.
Today I hope to get onto the TM earlier. Bed magnet fights me every morning.
Note: I slept in so will run a little later.

I beat the bed magnet. I did a run with my Garmin this morning and realized I am so slow I could probably walk faster.
I need to step it up. I will keep using the Garmin despite hating the readout, because it is good for me to see my actually distance. I'm hoping to run again tomorrow. My back started acting up during the run, but it was fine the rest of the day.
Great work on the run! Thankfully the back was better later.
