Crazy isn't it?
I tried the first workout on the bike trainer...Ouch...That one left a mark. Basically 5 mins of easy riding followed by 3 min intervals of 20 seconds all out with 10 second recoveries x 5...I was SOAKED....

I got a ton of much needed, restful sleep last night.
10.1 on the mill this morning. Everything feels better when I don’t feel like a zombie.

Unfortunately I need a rest day.
Knees, quads and my achilles are really sore.
