Back to the schedule again.
Monday was 55 minutes on the TM with 4 interval sets. I did a 5 minute faster walk as well tacked on at the end.
Tuesday was making soup and 35 on the TM. Five minute fast walk at 30.
Today I plan a run at home again. I run better the earlier it is in the morning.

What kind of soup?
I'm balanced well on the TM when running, but walking I sometimes have to hold on. What's with that?
The Soup: It's a Beef and broth vegetable soup. I brown some beef cubes, add them to cut up white potatoes, carrots, onions and celery into my big crock pot. One and a half cups of red wine, water and beef bouillon and the whole thing cooks 6 to 8 hours on high in the six quart crock pot. You could add all sorts of things like barley, etc.
That is funny, running easier than walking. Beef soup sound healthy and yup, I would be dumping in barley..love that stuff.
