Good Sunday morning Masters.  Is there a run in your plans?  Will Dave test his calf?  Did Dawn survive the company party?  Will Moose rock the gym?  Will the Alaskan road open for BBS?  Will Tom get off his butt and really run?  So many questions.  Inquiring Masters want to know.

Hi Tom.  Yes I did survive the party!  Didn't win any door prizes though:sad:  And we were home by 9 as predicted.

Thank you for starting the daily.  40* grey day in NW Illinois.  Misha needs a walk.  So do I, actually.  And there's a 'door buster' on a cookware set at Kohls today.  My Giraffe in Law has it on his list so....

I'm guessing company parties now aren't like they use to be.  But was the food good?

As good as could be at a buffet for 200.  Great salads and fall off the bone roast chicken.   Ooh, and pretty cupcakes, lots of cupcakes.

I've been working on a software install which is going to take a few more hours.  Every once in awhile I walk outside in the sun.  Everything is soaked but the sun is out and it is 60°.  Winter is over.  Flowers are blooming and trees are budding.

I'll head to the park and run when the install is done.  The trick will be not to do too much nervous snacking before the run.  I don't run well on a full stomach.

Finished the install and went to the park for 3 miles of mostly jogging.  My calf was feeling tight from time to time so I stopped to stretch a few times but it held up pretty good.

I finished with a couple more miles of walking to get my steps up to 10,000 for the day.

We have heavy gloom today.  Fog and some drizzle.  I was at Aunt Shirley 6AM.  I went to church, Lynda stayed here and watched church on line.  Back at Shirley and at 1:15 she is still sleeping.  It is mild today so I hope I can get an early evening run.

I hope Shirley has a calm day.  And of course, I hope you get time to run.
