Wednesday I tried the TM for 5 minutes (in full regalia) to warm up before going outside. It works well to do that. I dashed outside and did a good 30 more minutes. Even though I had well padded gloves on, the hands got cold. I have a pair of mittens that I got from Dick’s. They’re like
The cabin socks that they have. I’ll try them.
Today I am doing “Shanti, shanti” or “Peace and Tranquility”.
