wow was it chilly this morning! 7.2 miles for me...Taking it easy with some chest crap hanging on and ended up with 7:10 overall pace. My legs finally have that spring back again!
almost forgot, .8 to the Gym, - chest, back, shoulders and some arms .8 back
it sucks .. I have to run to lose weight .. and lift to maintain some semblance of muscles mass.. stop either one and two days later all gains lost
Guess you’d better not stop then.
