ok so I did work out yesterday .. short run .. gym .. chest, shoulders, lower back.. had the thought on the way there ... at this pace in two mile race the winner of the NYCM  would be over a mile of me :meh: ... run home .. at 4:52 a.m. I felt like I was already running late for the day ... ugh

This morning under 3 total .. weird .. at 1.75 .. I went empty ... no fuel kind of a .. hmmm maybe culvers isn't the best fuel source ... oh and this morning .. temp started with a 3 .... not good :happy:
