6 miles for me on the nose....ripped off a 6:36 final mile which felt pretty good!

10.1 this morning on the mill with 10 x 1:30 hill repeats. I had been feeling strong on hill repeats, but not today. Today kicked my butt. I had a hard time recovering after the repeats. Couldn't get my heart rate back down nor my breathing back on track. Today, just finishing this one was a pretty big deal.

2 of the 3 may be issues. I’m ok allergy wise. I still haven’t caught up on sleep from the weekend so that may be an issue as well.
Race is in less than 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten all the training I wanted in.

Bowling Green marathon. Anthony said he will run it with me. However he hasn’t trained at all. He ran 8 miles last week.
But it’s a 2 loop course, he can drop after the first loop if need be. But he’ll probably pull it off. Youth.

it’s supposed to be a pretty hilly double loop. Hoping I don’t die when I hit the hills the second time around.

It was very difficult
But HR was so-so
Well a mixed bag is better than all bad.
I skipped the second run today. I’m still just exhausted.
