PT last night....helped quite a bit with the back but still dealing with the heavy legs. Wondering if this is an overtraining issue...I don't know....

Overtraining does seem to fit...
One other thought, you've really cleaned up the diet, even going vegan. How confident are you that you're getting all the iron and other nutrients that your body needs? Might be worth a blood test to make sure you're not anemic.
Yeah I've been wondering about that...I'm religious with B-12 and foods rich in Iron but maybe I should check to make sure...I know that I've never had leg issues like this before...
I'm wondering if all of this HR training has my easy paces too fast even at the low HR? I dunno...I'm going to figure this out one way or another!
ok first, what a beautiful star filled sky this morning, it was absolutely awe inspiring. An October run in short and a t shirt .. boom
Run sucked .. really slow and methodical, cut through some roadwork to at least add some hills.. so all in all .. a good start to a day
