1 hour and 20 mins on the bike trainer. Boy is that mentally tough.

That does sound tough!   Great job sticking it out.

9.2 this morning. It would’ve been a perfect marathon morning today. Not sure which races were today, but those people won the weather lottery around here this morning. Mid morning was still only 55 degrees. :shocker!::grin:

Same here. And I was riding a bike and not moving. What the hell?!?!

Great job MD!

Seemed like we just had first weekend of September dailies.

5K race in Stockton this morning. The Nut Run. 30:32. That’s just pathetic. I will say I didn’t push myself and it did have a couple of long gradual climbs but still. Got 2nd in my age group. A medal and a toasted black walnut/chocolate covered mix. It was really good and I’m not even that keen on walnuts.

Not keen on walnuts?! We need to talk about this: pbbt:

Congrats on the AG and nice job out there!!

Hill day!  6.7 on the mill with 8x400 hill repeats, with another increase in hill steepness. I think I’m finding my hill climbing groove again.

I had a great run tonight. One of those you feel great from the start and you just know. Everything was clicking and the endorphins were going on. 6.8 fabulous miles that closed out a 93 mile week. :shocker!::grin::grin:

Ok I think I want credit for this ... 420' (so far) of gutter guards/filters.. 24' up in the air ..4' at a time .. move ladder, up ladder, hands full of stuff ..pry up shingles,.. install, .. down ladder, move ladder, repeat ...combined with some really funky combinations of additional ladders, 2 x12's etc. to get to some really (oh this is not going to go well) funky corners. Tired .. beat to hell,, cut, scraped up, bruised and sore ... I am too old for this stuff.

so lets call it hill repeats :mischief:

peace
