I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. Now I zapped.
Running as hard as I could yesterday has left me physically tired.
The stuff I ran at work yesterday has me stressed because the key person who was supposed to validate it did not show up today. If there was a problem, we aren't going to know until complaints start coming in. And fixing it will be hard by that time.
I am not going to attempt anything too detailed today. I'll just mess it up.
No run or workout planned either.
After yesterday I think you deserve it.
Run is done. It's 65 but 100% humid and drizzle. Worse part is glasses. Run started weak but got stronger. Rate it a 6.5.
Some entertaining football yesterday. I read an explanation that NFL ratings are down. But ratings don't measure streaming devices and people in bars, which is growing. Makes sense. Pizza pick up duty tonight.
Tom in DE
Baseball cap over those glasses Tom, looks goofy but works every time.
Had it on but took it off, too humid.
Last night was the first time I've watched an NFL game from start to finish in at least a dozen years. What a great game. I haven't seen the Bears play like that in well, at least a dozen years.
While I don't care for the Packers I am so happy that Aaron Rogers was able to come back and play in the 2nd half. He is amazing. Both teams made some mistakes and both made some great plays. All around enjoyable game.
Kitty Love done.
Good help, good coffee.
Yard mowed. Grocery shopping and yoga to round out the day. There is a request for tacos for supper. Can't wait!!
I tuned in a half time and all I saw then was replays of AR on the golf cart and thought there goes Green Bay season.
Tom's analysis. Near the end of game Rogers is playing on one leg. I sure would have blitzed like crazy. He can't run or move for pete's sake.

It looked like they were taking it easy on him. Maybe playing in Lambeau they thought they'd be lynched if they hurt him. Or, it could just be the Bears. New season, new coach, maybe they hadn't practiced 2nd half blitzing yet.
