another 3 this morning, (avoided the mud) humid .. but better than winter
I had to mow in the dark last night .. ugh
made some dietary changes about 3 months ago .. my numbers have gone from poop .. to all with normal ranges .. fairly pleased by this

6.8 on the mill late this morning.  4x400 hill repeats. I can definitely tell it’s been too long since I’ve done these. :blush:
