3.1 this morning before work. It's not much, but I feel better having started the day being active.

it went like this .... ok just start running .... decision corner (gym or no gym) .. no gym .... next decision corner ..4, hills and no time to stretch, or 3 with stretching .... need to stretch ... pole tempos or not .. tempos
synopsis: Hot, humid, 3 with tempos and stretching and a promise to really start stretching every night with current theory focused on ... tightness in right leg may contributing to left leg issues (see straw .. make grasping action)
way to get it done! I could totally see the tight leg messing up the other leg with some over compensation....

I like it! It was like a choose your own adventure run, a new decision at every corner.
I hope the stretching helps.
Today may have been the most disgusting morning yet this summer. I was miserable but again somehow ran well in this slop. 6:59 overall pace for 7 miles for me this morning

At least your body is well acclimated to running in the grossness. Great job enduring the conditions.
Tonight’s public service announcement courtesy of captain obvious. If you eat a half pint of garden fresh cherry tomatoes 2 hours before your run, you might be making some unscheduled pit stops.
7.1 interrupted treadmill miles.
This is probably why I could never run doubles. I can’t run later in the day no matter WHAT I eat!!im always impressed by you with this stuff! But yeah. Tomatoes
