Smiting tonight, if the weather cooperates. But the big news was that I ran yesterday: a 5K in 30:55, so while it was NOT fast, it was actually a run, with, like, continuous running instead of run/walk intervals. My calf muscle is still getting very tired after running, but it feels just like a normal "Oh, I am le tired
...!" instead of "STOP THIS RIGHT NOW OR I WILL SEIZE UP AND DIE".
Wow, that's awesome about your running!
