ok a few things
1) Memory foam in shoes .. dumb... aka I remember to be always squished at the pressure points (I have a pair of Reeboks I tested out this morning)
2) I need to rethink this going to the gym thing.. hard to get psyched for the run portion, and man did my sciatic rebel at the first stride ..
3) it's getting much darker in the morning
1.5 to the gym.. best guest .5 20' elevation loss, followed by .5 50' elevation gain.. finish with .5 at a minimal grade .. and of since it's a shorter run it must be done at a pace faster than I normally run
aka must beat little virtual guy .. criminy am I gassed by the time I finish
net net 1.5 there, 1.5 back .. chest, biceps, triceps in between.
