put me down for my morning 3 ...
this leg is getting on my nerves
things to be thankful for .. cornfields on your running route .. if you know what I mean
I have also been thankful for corn fields on the run. On several occasions.
Did you get the new shoes yet?
no new shoes yet .... 3 miles doesn't quite require them ...
They might help with the pain.
Haha! Nice work, but I'm sorry that the leg is still bothering you....
Boy was it nasty this morning....Super humid...
I have the CLE corp challenge mile on Saturday....I am feeling anything but fast lately so I wanted to change things up and run short intervals on the track....I think it worked because I seemed to open things up a bit today.
2 mile warm up
16x200 with 10 sec recoveries, all around 36 seconds (NOT killing myself, focusing on form etc)
2 all out football field sprints...100 yards
2 miles at 6:09
I was DRENCHED but this was a decent one finally!
Great job on the workout and figuring out what you needed.
I still can't believe how far I went.
You killed it!!!!
It was so great to finally meet you.
It was so great to meet you and see you run! I wish you had a better night
But we can do it again next year!

Took today off work
Avg HR 141
Max HR 163
First run since starting new HBP meds Friday. Legs did not fatigue nearly as bad but it's also 25 degrees cooler than my average run haha.
I’m glad you took the day off! You need it!

I'm going to hope the new meds are better.
Glad you took the day off. I'm sure you really need it.
I took the dog for a 2 mile walk this morning then took the kayak out late morning for about an hour of paddling.
I ran 5.5 miles on the mill tonight. My stomach was cranky to begin with but it eased fairly quickly. Hopefully I’m almost over this.
The kayaking sounds like so much fun. A workout and relaxation.
