Um well if you are not REALLY sure you are done having kids I wouldn't do it. It's pretty permanent. The main risk seems to be etopic pregnancy. Also if you do it right after your c-section it can make recovery even longer.
Good to know - plan is to just do it while they're in there.
Tubes cut, tied and cauterized, no more babies, done. 35 years ago.

Yes, tubes tied and cauterized. No hormones, no worries! No complications. Took maybe 3 days off running.
