Nice. Good morning for a run.
Monday I was still tired so did a lot of picking up around home. I also did 40 minute cardio workout. I napped in the afternoon and felt much better after that.
Today I plan a short run and then errands. Lots of books at my library on hold for me, grocery, etc. Afternoon will be helping DC plant a small tree and grill outside.

It is definitely not cool here.
Warm and terribly humid, as always. I ran 5.4 this morning. Nothing too exciting on tap for today, just some cleaning and child-wrangling.
Great work on the 5.4 miler! Child-wrangling is classified as cross training.
Next week we are to be in the mid 90's so you can gloat.
