Happy Father's Day to all the forum fathers! Enjoy your special day!
Ditto Oncearunner: Happy Fathers Day - Master Fathers
Have a fun Fathers Day day with family!
We are off to Aptos (near Santa Cruz) for lunch with daughter#1 and then off to Livermore for dinner with daughter#2 and son-in-law (and loveable Levi 71/2 months of age)
No plans for PW's today, just a happy family day!
Happy Father's Day gentlemen.
I hope all of you are treated to something special today. You deserve it.
It is also Amy's 23rd and Misha's 3rd birthday. We had chocolate espresso cake for breakfast.
Yoga later as it is again too humid for anything outdoors. I know the heat index was over 100 yesterday; I heard 103 and I also heard 107. Temps were only in the 90's so yeah, the humidity was gross.
Happy Birthday to Amy!
And birthday greetings to Misha.
103 or 107. They have to get Dave's report before they can officially tell you.

My legs were feeling tired after a mini 12 day running streak, so I'm taking the day off. I did a short core routine this morning just to loosen up.
We had coffee duty at church today and I ate a couple donuts so now we're going to hang out for a bit before heading to lunch. I was going to suggest a local burger place but new I'm leaning towards a bbq place.
Sitting with Aunt Shirley today after church. Stopped and got a sub to share. Here until late afternoon. Perhaps a little backyard training after this. Inspired by all the backyard trains in Atlanta.
Have a great day for all of those who ever had a father or helped make somebody become a father.

Happy Father's Day to all the great master's Dads!!! Have a fun relaxing day!!!
Nothing for me today. Worked at the Farmers Market this morning. Beautiful day, a little too warm for me so I'm being a slug inside.

Better a slug inside than a slug sizzling on the hot pavement.

Went to Creek Road Trail and ran 3 miles while my honey bunch rode her bike. We hadn't used the bike carrier in a while so it was a bit of struggle remembering how to mount it to the car. I'm sure that if there had been any bystanders they would have been amused at the old married couple fussing at each other.
