Soup was the following:
Tomato Bulgur soup. It’s really simple and quick.
½ cup Bulgur,
28 oz can crushed tomatoes,
dash or so of sugar,
2 TBS. tomato paste,
5 cups water
Saute the onion and celery. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
Decided to rest the toe so did my barefoot 40 minute dvd. All of a sudden by wax beans are growing like mad. They have really taken off and are way out of the pot in only 24 hours. Who knew?
This morning I’m off to the park for a run.

Have been out of the loop for a few days - nothing exciting, just life stuff. I’m childcare-less for the next three weeks so it’s been more challenging to fit stuff in. P is learning to love, or at least tolerate, the running stroller again, and I’m trying to get work done whenever she’s sleeping. Fun
Anyway, 6.4 Gallomiles yesterday and 4 today. I’ll be 23 wks on Thursday and I’m continuing to get slower
my current approach is that anyhing is better than nothing, even if it’s just walking.
Good workouts! Before long there will be another little one. And yes, anything is better than nothing. Moving is good.
