good one today....I'm nursing a little PF in my left foot and honestly super heavy legs so I wasn't sure how today would go. I can tell I'm really toeing the line with this training but we are almost to the end, and even with all of this, I've never felt stronger...
2 mile warm up
3x 1 mile with 90second recoveries (5:40, 5:35, 5:30)
4x400 all at 1:20
2 miles at 6:06 pace (avg HR was 142)
I'm pretty stunned by that last 2 miles because I was on cruise control...If I can keep things together for the next 10 days, I think I'm going to have a pretty good race in Cleveland :-)

10.1 on the mill this morning. I got lucky, the lights dimmed as a storm came through, but we didn't lose power. When I came upstairs, I saw how lucky I was to not hit the console because a couple electronics did turn off and needed re-set.

18 mile bike ride over intense hills. This was the first time this season I have broken 13 mph average speed on this route. I usually ride much faster, but this route is *that* hilly. I try to ride it once a week. It's good for you!

5.1 on the treadmill tonight during yet another thunderstorm. The lights flickered so many tunes while I was I the shower but we still have power.
