4.51 miles with Sarge after the monsoon and once the sun came out and it got super humid. :cry: 11:43 pace which isn’t bad for a poop stop, two encounters with other dogs, a dead squirrel, a dead cat and 14 pees. :roll:

You have a lot more patience than I do. :blush:  When I run with Ellie it looks like I’m dragging her. When we go for a walk it looks like she’s dragging me. :laugh:

7.7 on the mill tonight because of the gross humidity. I think we got a couple inches of rain overnight. It’s steamy and gross outside. I need to acclimate but not tonight. :meh:

"Ran" 1.25 miles out. Turned around and calves cramped up so badly I could barely walk back to my car.

I've been so fucking sick for so fucking long I don't know how long it will take to be able to run normally again
