Nice story, thanks for sharing.
2 miles. Goal was 4 but neither Rip nor I were feeling it. I'd have probably passed out because I hadn't eaten. Meh
Hey you got out there and did something, and got Rip out there too. Great job!
10.5 on the treadmill this morning. I'd have loved to have run outside, but it's super windy and allergies are making my asthma flare, so I settled for running inside but going out for yard work later.
I wanted to run outside too but I knew Sarge would want to come along and I didn’t feel like running with him this morning so I just stayed home on the TM. I’m a bad momma.

Some days you just want to run, not necessarily have a dog adventure. I get that. Plus, you probably got more miles in that you would've with him. He'll get a run another time.
sorry you couldn't get out, but great job either way MD!

Put me for a 21 mile bike ride.
Last Thursday was the first anniversary of Zachary's death. I wanted to do something meaningful but couldn't come up with anything. In the end I just needed to make the day as easy as possible so I headed out on my bike. It was an enjoyable ride, 58 miles. Healing on my bike these days.
My heart goes out to you. Truly. I hope the miles can help. I love seeing that you can ride
I’m glad the bike is helping.
