Thursday it was snowing so I did a cardio dvd for 40 minutes. It’s a faster one so I was tired this morning. Good workout. I'm trying to do more XT. It makes other muscles work. Who knew there was such a difference between running and full body cardio exercises? Me.
Today I’m off to classes, Tea history, Ghost Hunting, running on TM, Yoga, Study.

No snow here! 40ish this morning, though, which was nice. I ran 6.6 this morning and overall felt pretty good. I have errands to run this morning, then I have a door to paint and work to do outside.

Did not make it to the gym today. Hoping to get wrapped up here by 5ish and go tonight. I have a run tomorrow so the earlier I get it done the better.
I really was still dead tired when the alarm went off today. This has been a tough week in that I am still in recovery mode. Isn't it 50% in days of the distance you run in a goal race?
I have been tired this week also. Weird. I don't know about the percentage stuff.
