Do you ever show up here? If so, tell us about your running/workouts for March.
This forum is so dead that the March monthly starts in the middle of April.
I did zero workouts in March but ran 141 miles. I think 99.999% of the miles were in cold windy blustery craptacular conditions.
162.14 miles including a 5k race and a half marathon race. Also did a run in the shape of pi for pi day.
231 miles. Tried to pile on the miles since most of Jan and Feb I was hurt.
Went skiing the first 3 days of the month so I called it cross training.
215.2 miles, including a shitty marathon, about six hours on the elliptical and 19 boxing classes. Don't worry, none of the miles were run too fast, the elliptical was not working too hard and I would slack a bit in each boxing class.
I know what will make you fell better....seeing a bunch of friends in Delaware this weekend!!
So get PT every day and run for an hour afterwards. :genius:

I swam 18,800 meters in March and taught 13 indoor cycling classes.

I do show up once in a while, but must have missed this one.
March was just building up slowly, increased the long run. Have been keeping up with strength training. Not the yoga though, but hopefully will get back on track.
