Cross training has been important for me in the last week. Weather for outside has not been remotely workable so I'm taking this chance to do a variety of cross training and strengthening the quads. The doc told me what to focus on to help the PF in the right knee. It's definitely helping.
Friday I ran 40 minutes on the TM at the college. Sunday I ran 45 minutes on the track at the gym. Today I plan to run here at home on the TM downstairs.
Cross training has been slipping in some cardio dvd time. If I don't get some of that in, I notice that I don't feel as strong. Similar with yoga. I need to do some every day to keep flexible. The problem is really age.
If we keep the daily stuff up at this age, we do better consistently.
