Probably a good thing they canceled the race. 22 degrees and freezing rain. Not good. I drove to town and ran (the opposite direction for training purposes : pbbt:) on the track. Garmin died around 2 miles. I lost count but I'm pretty sure I got 4 miles in. Eyelashes frozen, polar fleece jacket where my breath was hitting was all frozen, gloves were frozen and car was completely covered in ice again by the time I finished. Might not have been the smartest move on my part. Home safe and sound. Staying put.

10.1 miles on the treadmill late this morning. I finished the run and checked my vivofit for average heart rate and it tells me I log fewer steps on saturdays and need to take a walk.:mutmad:  SERIOUSLY!?!?  And yes, it registered the miles as well as the fact that I was 15,000 steps over goal.

Hahahaha

I got my galaxy gear watch fixed and I'm wearing it AND still wearing my Garmin 35 around the house because I am a slave to my Garmin Connect data

Great run

My running store gave me a new pair of shoes yesterday for my birthday which was amazing and I’m in love with these shoes!

I pulled an MD today and went 12 miles on the mill in my new adidas adios boost’s...started at 8:00 and worked down 6:00 min final mile and my avg hr was 129 which is pretty exciting for a 43 year old !! :-)

Jillian’s Backside Workout. That was kind of wimpy. I was ready for another circuit or two. : pbbt: Maybe I’ll pull a MickeyD and Coach and get another workout in tonight.

Thats thanks to the treadmill

The day I went outside it was about 10 bps higher.

Anything under 150 is cool for Easy pace (effort)

Nice run!

Today’s runs weren’t what I envisioned. I ran out of time literally with guests showing up earlier than anticipated this morning and got started on my second run pretty late tonight. I ended up coincidentally with 5.7 each run. : pbbt:
