Paul Simon is coming to Belgium in July for his farewell tour.
I was wondering if someone saw him live lately and if it's still worth going (me liking his music without being a die hard fan), as in, is his voice and all still good at 76?

I wonder if he’s still crazy after all these years.

I'm not aware of too many things, I know what I know, if you know what I mean
You could likely save a ton of cash by just waiting for the Art Garfunkel farewell tour.
I don't think I'll go. it's over 100$ and just watched some recent footage which didn't really overwhelm me.
Everything looks worse in black and white
Should I stay or should I go, that's pretty binary.
The Clash would be more fun
Madness came last year (I don't know how famous they are in North-America) but The Clash is a done deal
They had a hit or two from what I remember..."Our House" is the only song I can think of.

I would go.
I've been listening to Hyde Park 2017 which sounds great, I don't know if he'll be with this many people on stage in Antwerp.
I still have some time to decide.
If you are a big fan, I'd encourage you to go. I totally envy that $100 price tag, I will not tell you what I pay to see my favorite aging bands, Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles!
This is once in a lifetime stuff, so just decide whatever is best for you.
From what I've seen of the older rockers, they are better than ever... my opinion of course.
is still one of my favorites
Me too. On my top 10 album list for sure.

I saw him last year in Tahoe - which may have been part of his farewell tour too. It was a pretty decent show. I'm not a huge fan but enjoyed the show. Given the chance to see Paul Simon or Pink, I'd choose the former.

Pink, no way
One of the reasons I would want to see Paul Simon is because he's a legend, has great songs that are just part of history.
I just don't know how he's holding up in a full show, and it's not the cheapest show to go to.
There are a couple of bands I've seen the past couple of years that I wouldn't say I'm huge fans of but that I wanted to see nevertheless: Bruce Springsteen (actually a fan), Rolling Stones, KISS, ...
There are a couple that I passed on and that I won't have the chance to see again: Leonard Cohen, Prince, ...
New York, to that tall skyline I come, flyin' in from London to your door
New York, lookin' down on Central Park
Where they say you should not wander after dark
New York, like a scene from all those movies
But you're real enough to me, but there's a heart
A heart that lives in New York
A heart in New York, a rose on the street
I write my song to that city heartbeat
A heart in New York, love in her eye, an open door and a friend for the night
New York, you got money on your mind
And my words won't make a dime's worth a difference, so here's to you New York
