I missed you guys!!

Been running really well but back stuck on the mill due to lots of ice out there the past few days....

treadmill workout today....

4 miles at 7:30 into 10x60seconds at 5:15 pace with 60 second jog recoveries...I'm in the best cardio shape of my life there's no doubt about that.  My legs were the ones holding on for dear life so I need to get the legs cranking but this was a successful first real workout of the year :-)

My update, Facebook peeps know, but for those not on Facebook, I signed up for Gregg's 12 hour race in July.  :grin:

I've been running a lot of treadmill doubles.  Today is more of the same.  7.6 miles this morning.  Today could've been an outdoors day except for the 30 mph wind gusts.  It needed to be a lot warmer than 30something to make that wind tolerable.

So I ran sat and monday. 2 miles on monday. Long and slow miles but they were done and they were outside:cool:

This evening featured core and 6.5 miles with 6x400 hill repeats. My legs are trashed. I think the last day I didn’t double was Saturday. I’m feeling it. Long work day tomorrow, so only 1 recovery run planned.
