If the forum is really up, then post here.
Or maybe this is all just a figment of my imagination.
I'm kind of behind at work so I have to rush back there. (By "rush back" I mean swivel my chair 90° to the right and use my work computer.)
I ran 4 at the park this morning. Hoping to catch some of the lunar eclipse but it was too hazy to clearly see the moon.
Got my haircut this morning (which is why I am behind now). My "stylist" is a 27 year old, single mother of a boy. She headed back to Marshall University in the fall to get a nursing degree. Something that she started on years ago but was sidetracked by leukemia. Made me wish there was a way to have Dottie come by and give her a pep talk (not that she was down, but Dottie could give her some great encouragement of what is possible.)
One of the joys of a hair cut is chatting with the barber/stylist. I use Great Clips. Then you find out how much some are working to get through school or put a kid through school. Joy comes when the tip is more than the haircut. But I really shouldn't write about theses things.

Hi all. I've missed you. I'll be running this afternoon. It is my reward for cleaning bathrooms this morning.

Finally we're here again.
I ran my routine 8 miles this morning. A tad bit windy, but not too awfully cold.

More power walking than running but it all gets the heart pumping and muscles moving.
We have bright sun and cold temps. Missed you all.
Guess the Forum got some Viagra. 12.13 miles this morning.
11.1 miles nice and sunny.
Oh so good, I thought the website was gone! Have a good life Masters.
5 miles PW Monday, Tuesday and Today and then tomorrow Thursday. Trying to commit myself to a marathon next year. Right now if all goes well my friend and I are looking at the Death Valley Marathon, 13 miles out from Furnace Creek and turn around and 13 miles back to F.C.. And the out and back is FLAT, I've done 2 times in past years. and Furnace Creek is always a fun visit, before and after the 'Mar'!
C Ya later.
Woo hoo! My friends are back! I have missed you guys.
Where do I start? My friend and I have been power walking and I just returned from a 3.5 mile power walk. It was so nice to be out in the sun and fresh air! I am still doing my one minute plank and 2 sets of push ups.
Well I better get started on my step challenge report.
Enjoy the rest of day.
