Bands of clouds out there.
Monday was such a fun outside run. I was able to do 60 minutes out on the trail. The encouraging thing was that the downhills were great!! The hugging-the-fitness-ball exercising has helped and now it doesn’t bother me to go down hills.
Today I’m going to do a short breakfast, then dash to the park and trail. I’ll be doing some rain running but I want to be out.
Safe and happy runs, All!
Legs with trainer. Then 30 minutes on the elliptical/stairmaster combo thingie. Time to step it up! Goal is to add cardio on training days and then get 2 other days in the week. So far I'm at cardio on training days and one other day. Will be easier to do when baseball season starts back up because then I have an hour and a half to two hours at baseball practice twice a week to kill.

Half an hour in the pool. Everyone stayed in their lanes. There was space. It was nice.
Glad people respected the lane etiquette!
SDOish - 20 min of yoga and 1 TM mile to keep the streak alive.
I'm sore from 13 miles in 3 days
(a lot for me lately) so stuck to 1 mile.

got in 4 miles yesterday after getting home from class. Today was 30 min of yoga first thing, then I had to rush off to a meeting. I'm heading home at 4 so will aim to run 4-5 outside when I get home. Semester is ramping up and so is the busyness! lots going on.
Very cloudy where I am -- business trip so little net access. 3 miles this morning through a new-to-me neighborhood.
Your home neighborhood is so hilly; how do you fare when you are running somewhere that is less rolling?
This particular neighborhood was not less rolling -- big hill! However, when it is less rolling, I enjoy the novelty. Remember I run on a TM at lunch a lot so flat isn't that much of a novelty.
Read and answered, thanks!
