Sarge and I headed in to town for 3.18 miles. We were the only ones. 20 degrees and windy. Almost felt a little on the warm side. : pbbt: I think the east coast is getting the extreme cold we had last weekend.

So.much.snow.  The snow is now piled up on the sides of the intersections taller than SUV roofs.  :shocker!:  Every time they've said this lake effect event will be ending, it has not.  First it was supposed to be over Friday morning, then evening, then this morning. And it's still snowing.  Since Wednesday.  Pretty much without stopping.  It's pretty crazy.

10.1 on the treadmill with 8x400 hill repeats.

So what do you do if you lose power? No TM, 10 ft. of snow.

 Run Ellie’s track.

And I just read totals. In the past week we’ve gotten 4 feet, 5 inches of snow. :shocker!::cry:
