Wondering if this freezing thing will ever moderate?
Post.

Tuesday I did 60 minutes running on the TM. I’m trying to add a little speed as I go because all I do on a TM is bounce around.
Today I plan another TM run. At least it is staying light a little bit longer now. I want Spring.
Safe and happy runs, All!

"All I do on a TM is bounce around"

I'm not sick of winter yet, but I'm sure I will be come mid-February or so. we have a ski vacation in Vermont planned jan 28- feb 3, so I just want the snow to stick around until then! It's been a great ski season in the northeast this year so far.

As pointed out on runningahead...if all you are doing is bouncing around, it might work better if you turned the TM on. : pbbt:

I got more padding added to my orthotics and my foot is still not happy. I went out to run, but then came back and rode the bike for a very short workout. I ran yesterday. Riding is easier on my back and foot, so I may alternate my workouts. I'm getting a steriod injection for my back next week. Last time it did wonders. Tomorrow looks like it might be a snow day.

Tomorrow looks like it might be a snow day for the whole upper right quadrant of the country!

I'm so sorry about all of your aches and pains. You're a trooper.

I'm hearing 2-4 inches for philly, but we shall see...

Went out for a run with RN this morning. Texts last night:
"running tomorrow?"
"Yep. Coming?"
"Yes. How about Shangri-La Drive and back?"
"So 4? Is that time or miles?"
"Yes."

both 4 miles and 4 AM. We made it. She pulled ahead at the end because she had a train to catch to get to work. We did wind up coming back uphill and into the wind, so I slowed down, but still made it. The moonlight was diffused through clouds and we wouldn't even have needed the streetlights.

So far so good on dry Veganuary...glad I cooked this weekend though. Makes a big difference to have food in the fridge for evenings.

Nice run! It is great when you don't have to worry about cooking at night.

Back when I was working, I cooked a lot ahead on weekends. It was wonderful to just warm up the results.
