What is on tap for today?
I have done my workout videos and now am going car shopping with my husband.

My husband wanted the new Honda Cr-V. But they are in demand and very few are available so they are sold at basically sticker price. And we don't pay sticker price for a car. Plus we test drove it and didn't care for the ride. So it is back to the drawing board. We are in no rush and will just take our time.
some sort of indoor workout for me too MB. I subscribe to SparkPeople and every day they put a workout and a recipe in my inbox. The workouts are only 10 minutes long so I have to save up a weeks worth.
Rain mixed with snow today. The weather person said gusts to 40mph but I haven't been outside to see if it's true. I pretty much plan to stay in all day unless the library calls. I have 2 books on order and am thinking one might be in today.
I need to get to the post office!

fitness website. check it out - lots of good stuff.
It's warm and very windy. Melissa heard that the wind is blowing over 100 miles per hour 10 miles above earth. Glad I'm not flying anywhere today.
I chose not to run trails this morning for fear of a tree limb blowing off and onto my head. Maybe an unwarranted fear, but there are usually several tres and huge limbs down after high winds on the trail. I ran 13.19 miles on the road. It's supposed to rain later.
1/2 marathon on the road. ouch.
The road is why it was only 13 miles and not 18-20. I'm off work starting Wednesday and it's supposed to be sunny so hopefully trails then.
it is exactly what I think of, you are not alone
I logged 12,460 steps in S. F. yesterday, wouldn't want to live there but I love visiting S.F.
C Ya Later.
Hey Jim, how's that new baby?
1 week and 5 days old! We love him!
wal mart. blah blah blah back on the couch. Cinderella today
walmart on a weekend?
Should have waited until next Friday and shopped for some deals.
kids got new phones. needed cases asap.
Got up at 3:40 to the sound of cats puking. Cleaned that up and went back to bed.
Got up at 7:00, went to the church to set up for their turkey collection. Stopped to get some donuts along the way. Made a huge amount of coffee and then left and let other volunteers take over.
Went to get coffee with a couple friends at the nicest place in Huntington: River & Rails.
By then it was 11:00, 66° and windy. It felt so nice outside that I went to the park and ran 4.5 miles up on the hilly ridge trails. It's beautiful there and for some reason I haven't run there in months.
Second and fourth miles, I picked up the pace and pushed myself a little.
Good run overall.
It's windy here also and a cold front is due to come in tonight. Thank heavens our football game is played at the Alamodome where it is always a nice 72 degrees! Put it will be a bit chilly walking to and from the car.
I'm watching the game on TV. Marshall is the team from here in Huntington WV.
I can't believe we beat the Herd! Oh my gosh, what a game!

I had s short city run today. Then work tonight and tomorrow night. I’m 3 weeks out until the end of the semester and I’ll be half way done with the Masters degree. If the first half is any indication it will fly by, especially with clinical hours.
Last night we went to see Elton John. It was a fantastic concert. EJ was the first concert I ever went to when Yellow Brick Road was released. It’s funny, 90% of the 9500 attendees were our age. It was great.
He came out on stage, sang and played his heart out for 2 hours, came back and sang Candle in the Wind as an encore and exited. It was perfect. We got a hotel room so we wouldn’t have to drive or take the boat back.
Now I’m finishing up my homework and catching up on Netflix.
I saw Elton John and Billy Joel once. They were good. Their pianos faced each other.
