Brrr...it is cold this morning!  35 degrees!

Do you have your Halloween treats ready for Tuesday?  How much candy will you buy?

Post away.

I'm not doing Halloween.  It seems as if kids are brought into the neighborhood by the truckload.  There are 6 kids on my street younger than middle school age yet I will get 250 trick or treaters.   I'm going out for Sushi.

Both our football teams won playoff games yesterday and our star cross country runner won sectional.  It was a great weekend of local sports.  In honor of all those young athletes I did 45 minutes of bodysculpt/core work this morning.

I hear you.  We have the same issue here.  However, the weather forecast calls for rain, so we may not have as many kids coming.

Good job on your workout!

It was 34F here this AM.  I ran 3 miles.  Sunday has become my easy, but active rest day.

Our church is having a trunk or treat so Melissa and I bought a large bag of candy at Sam's Club.  I think there are 150 pieces of assorted chocolates in the bag.  We never have trick or treaters on our street.

We have several churches doing the trunk or treat party.  Our church does that also.  My husband is the one that buys the candy as he claims that I don't buy the right kind of candy.

and just like that, it is now 70 degrees and sunny!  I am heading out the door as soon as my Garmin charges.

3.5 mile Power Walk. Felt so good to be outside.
