I really feel like I’m pushing my luck with these shoes so I played it safe and hit the bike trainer today. 45 mins hard...I am now 4 lbs under my marathon racing weight. I don’t get it. I’m actually too skinny now but I still feel powerful on the bike. Strange.
I hope you find some new shoes soon.
I think this is the first time I’ve done 4 consecutive full physical work days. The previous 2 days I’ve taken an involuntary nap at 5. I think I’ll not be scheduling myself like this again in the future. I’m beyond beat. Only the thought of ample rest tomorrow got me through the run tonight. 10.1 miles.
