Any goals for this week? Day?
Ran 2-3 miles today. Legs sore but not as bad as after other races.
Oh dear, do I have to improve myself?
seriously, a great way to think of the week.
Going to chiro. Will prob rest for a few more days. Pretty creaky, but eager to get back to more spinning and running. . Raining hard here today, and a cool front coming in.
Nice cool morning which was perfect for my 4 mile power walk!
Now I am going to attack the attic and continue on my decluttering mode.
I was doing great on my attic until I found 3 boxes of my husband's college textbooks. Do I pitch them and never say a word or drag them out and have him go through each book and come up with a reason to keep it?
The shed is nice and neat. My husband says it feels like a 4 car garage!
The attic and garage still need more decluttering but our donation place is closed
on Monday and our trash can and recycle bin are full! So we stopped for today.
No no no no. Do not ask him. He will "enjoy" poring over them for even more decades. If it is engineering stuff, maybe give to Goodwill. Not sure all that goes out of date so "fast" lol.

my pack rat wife has been cleaning the attic, and other places in the house, she has decided she is now a "minimalist". fine with me. get rid of the crap
It's raining here. The rain was very light as I ran my 8 miles this morning and not enough to get me soaked ... until less than a half mile to go and it poured. I was drenched when I walked into the house.
With cc finished I have 6 hours a week freed up. I want to improve myself by spending that time catching up on reading. Lots of downloaded books on my ipad that I want to go through.

All day rain expected here but I got in 4 miles before it started.
So I headed out for my run intending to ponder some goals for the week. And, of course, got home and hadn't.
3.4 miles, each one 10 seconds faster. 53 degrees and I knew my arms would be cold so I wore long sleeves. And I wished for short sleeves around 1 mile.
If you're up for something strange to eat and you have an Aldi store - I bought a bag of curried wheat berries (carrots, onions, raisins mixed in there for good measure). It was delicious!
53 is still topless weather for me...but I guess you didn't want to run topless today
