Go Rob! Run strong, have fun.
So what are the rest of you non-chili-pepper-short-wearing-people up to today?
Drinking coffee and listening to some thunderstorms roll through here. A good and bad 3.2 miles yesterday. Good at the start; finished poorly though. 80 degrees with October wind in my face running home did me in. Not complaining about the unseasonable temps believe me. Happy to not have the furnace on yet. I hope to do some yoga later today and get my bike out for one of the last rides of the season.
Be well all.

Got 12.3 done this morning. It wasn't terrible.
Now I'm at a place called Oscar's for breakfast. Too lazy to cook this morning.
Not really sure what I'll do the rest of the day.
Just returned from my power walk of 5.56 miles. Weather is nice and cool. Football game this evening.
I am sure Rob and his chili pepper shorts are just a blur to the spectators.
Enjoy your day!

I thought of Rob out there running this morning. Hope he had a great race.
It was an ideal morning for a run on the single-track trails. 18.03 miles. Saw a bow hunter, three fishermen, and two ladies hiking.
Makayla and her boyfriend are on their way to Cincinnati to see a Christian band. I don't even know the band, but apparently it's Isaac's fav. I don't like her being on the road so late at night and 2.5 hours from home, but I'll stay up reading until she gets home.
Just took a peek at Rob's results. 3:25. 14th overall. 1st in 50-59 age group. For Boston qualifying I'm not sure if he's in the 50-54 or 55-59 age group but he qualified either way. Either by 5 or 15 minutes.
Hope I didn't sell his thunder by reporting this.
Nah, I am glad you told us.

That should be "steal", not "sell". Stupid typing on my tablet.
Almost every time I write "this", the tablet tries to use "thus". Who even uses "thus"?
