1/2 mile walk with the dogs and then Jillian’s “Shape up Front” workout. I like this workout. Exercises were simple, yet very effective. One of her ab workouts I did last week was ridiculously stupid. Exercises were way too complicated. It was impossible to get any results from them. I don’t know too many people who could have done them properly and if you don’t do them properly they’re worthless.
Great job! Which one was bad? I want to make sure to avoid it if I buy more from her.
Killer Abs Level 2. Just because you make them insanely complicated doesn’t mean they are a good workout.
I was pretty disappointed in it. The Level 1 was great.
Thanks. That’s good to know. I definitely don’t need complicated. I’m not exactly coordinated to begin with.
5 miles on the TM. Pouring rain and feeling awful so I just slogged through it. May call the doc to see about different antibiotics cuz these aren’t doing anything
Probably a good idea to call the doctor, I would think you should be feeling better by now.
They are going to change up the meds and see...

Well, I guess I'm running a marathon this week.
I didn't realize it was fall break for the college kids when I registered so I was going to bail on the marathon. But when Anthony found out, he told me I was running it and that he'd be watching his sister compete (which I would have to miss to get to the expo on time) then bringing her to Columbus where they'd both watch me race. So, now I have no excuses, other than the whole under trained, half injured thing.
So, today I ran outside for the first time in a couple weeks. 6.7 miles. Which I ran way too fast.
But that's why I'm getting outside now, so I can get this pacing thing under control and get re-acclimated to the heat and all the allergens out there.

You always seem to pull things off. You’ll do fine.
5.5 on the mill tonight. I was beat after work. I guess I’ll start tapering tomorrow.
