Trip was super smooth.
One of the chains broke on the trailer, but luckily I was in a truck stop so I bought a carabiner and it held the entire way.
There there a couple of times things could have gone very wrong with a rough patch in the road and then a curve that snuck up on me, but my nerves of steel got me through it. Whew.
Pretty proud of myself for this one. I planned it out really well given it was a total unknown, especially once in Canada. All my worry about the border crossing was a waste of time, as most worrying is.
Son isn't around much, he's mostly in Soldotna, but still closer to him than I was before! His dad/my ex husband is here too, and that's actually kinda fun.
I'm going to force these boys into Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Now it's demo/remodel time. I get to be my own HGTV.
