Well, I didn’t run but I did a Jillian video. The backside. Wasn’t near as bad as yesterday but this was just a 25 minute workout so about half the torture.
Iowa worked out with me.

Great job! I need to get back to those. I haven't had my butt kicked in too long.
6.8 for me. Still dealing with the chest thing. Just trying to keep the miles up safely.

5.5 late this morning. I had a calf cramp mid run yesterday and boy did I feel that when I got up this morning.
