Thursday the temps had dropped drastically but the colder 60° felt good. I am still being cautious with the knee and doing my strengthening exercise for it.
Today will be classes, yoga and meditation.
Safe and happy runs, All!
Very envious of your lower temps. Yes, careful with the knee!
So you normally take Friday and Saturday as rest days?
No, I usually only rest one day a week. I'll probably run Saturdays instead of Fridays since I'm in classes.
No fall here in Florida. 85 and muggy
But I did have a few nice runs in Boston for my work trip, although it wasnt much like fall when I went there either I'll take 70 and muggy!
Not much new here on running or yoga front. I am proud I took my towel and did my yoga every day while traveling in the hotel room and once in their little gym. But a class is nice. I was able to sit on the floor and touch my toes with straight legs and also do a bow from the floor and actually be able to grab both feet at same time now. Progress!!!!
Congratulations on the flexibility progress -- it's not easy to do the described moves if you're starting as an adult. (Yes I know moonglow is very flexible however I think she's been doing this for some time...)
70 and muggy is better than 85 and muggy.
4 miles this morning, I wasn't trying to catch a bus so I went a bit further.
Still warm here, but not muggy. Thank goodness for small favors.
Keep trying to do more yoga, kudos to those who do.
A fun squirrel sprint filled 7 ish with the dog this morning.
Off to the internet free countryside for the wknd. Planning on some trail runs and leaf peeping around Jay Peak.
Nice work! Enjoy your weekend!
Squirrel sprint? Fun if you are prepared for it. Not if the dog pulls you off your feet!
