Tuesday after an hour hike out a trail I decided to take the day off running. The knee has been a little funny and I’m working on the strengthening exercise. Later I did my yoga series. Balance is improving.
Today will be an early morning run, then a trip to a book sale at my library.

I did 2.6 or so this morning. Went out, realized I should probably stay close to home so turned back after about 3/4 mile, then was OK when I passed my house so did a loop up to the top of the tract and back down. Unexpected hill training.
And 6.39 on the TM at lunch.
One advantage to the TM -- much more exact mileage!
