4 X 800 @ I pace with 400 recoveries

5 miles total

This was at 1 and I can barely walk now at 4:30

Should no have taken this much out of me

I could definitely tell it was warmer this morning. :meh: 6.2 miles. Tonight was 5.2 on the treadmill.

It is about the same or a little better.  It seems to do better on roads than the treadmill which doesn't make sense to me but I'm going with it.  I'm also wearing shoes instead of going barefoot around the house which is probably helping the most. And making me the most annoyed. : pbbt:
