when you're bored? stress? only when hungry? when presented with something really good? conversely when do you not eat? or are you one of those freaks that never thinks about it but still keeps their weight down?
How do you deal these triggers?
Whenever I get the chance.
When I'm on WW (like now), I do my best to keep lots of good snacks around - cut up fruit, cut up veggies, string cheese, hummus (if I'm not too lazy to make it
- the store stuff is too high in fat), yogurt (if I remember to buy it
), hard boiled egg (if I'm really needing protein).

I'd gladly eat non-stop if I didn't gain weight. Good snacks generally don't do it for me. I want salty or rich sweet snacks. But I'm really interesting emotional triggers. I eat when I'm bored or stressed. My MIL is the opposite. If she's stressed she loses all interest in food.

breakfast around 6:40
morning snack at 10
lunch around 1pm
afternoon snack at 4
and then dinner sometime between 8 and 9pm
