Short Version: Great, but tough (12,000 ft. of gain), course outside of Ft. Collins. Weather was great (45 on race day after highs in the 80s a couple days prior). Got to meet/run with/hang out with Quad Rock co-RD (and ultrarunner extraordinaire) Nick Clark, which was awesome. My goal for the race was to use it as my longest training run before the Bighorn 100 in 5 weeks. Arbitrarily set a time goal of 12 hours, finished in 11:11 and felt good the entire way. Able to resume training (albeit at very slow and easy paces) after one day of rest, so mission accomplished.
Looks like s fun race.
