So--given the state of my health, it seems that I must make major adjustments if I wish to continue running.
If I want to do any distance run,a pace of 10-11 min miles with walking on hills is about the best I can do. I've been doing that combo
a number of times since Jan and have had some success . Hills quickly leave me breathless.

Not too tired later, but do get very stiff. Maybe lactic acid buildup ?Yoga helps ; will try to cool down by walking after long runs.
How about some Yazzo 800s--say 8/9 min pace ?

Hit the gym 1/2 a week also ?

Pulse after lunch and coffee = 65; other day was 55 !
