Last week I had 32.4 miles.  This week I'm aiming for a 25 mile week, maybe a little more if I can get it, with my last day of skiing Friday.:happy:

Today, 10.25 miles in 9:58min/mile, first time I've ran 10 miles in over a month, maybe almost 2 months.  First time I've ran this distance on the trail I like to run.  I found out I've been running this route downhill for 2-3 miles, then it's a gradual uphill for at least 4-5 miles as I follow a stream most of the way, and I'm going against the flow.  Near the end of the 5 miles, it's steeper hills, which kind of hurt.  I had 9:something for most of the miles, but had 3 miles (steeper hills) where I had a 10:something and two 11:somethings, but then the last 2-3 miles, back to 9:something.  But even with the hills, this was the fastest 10 miler I've ran so far since Labor Day.  I'm going to try another 10 mile route I've used in the past and see if it's faster.  I tend to go gradually uphill for the first 4-5 miles, with some rolling hills, but then it's gradually downhill until the last 1.5 miles.  I think that course might be faster than the trail I ran today.

5.46 miles in 9:30 min/mile.  Each mile got faster, too.:happy:

10.12 miles in 9:34min/mile.
